Q: What hours are you open?
A: Regular administrative hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Regular box office hours are Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm. Weekend hours of operation vary.

Q: Where is the facility located?
A: The facility is located just off of I-26 or I-526. For directions or a map, click here.

Q: Where is the ticket office?
A: There are several ticket windows located around the Coliseum and Performing Arts Center. These windows may or may not be opened depending on the event schedule. However, our main ticket window, which is also the “will-call” window or the “advance ticket window”, is located at the Coliseum’s North Plaza. Box Office Info

Q: Where is will-call?
A: Prior to any event, all will-call tickets can be picked up at the advance ticket window, located at the Coliseum’s North Plaza. Once an event has begun, tickets must be picked up at the advance ticket window for Coliseum events, or if it is a Performing Arts Center event, tickets must be picked up at the ticket window located just outside the main entrance of the Performing Arts Center.

Q: What do I need to pick up will-call tickets?
A: Please bring a photo id, credit card, and confirmation number.

Q: Will I get better seats if I come to the Coliseum Box Office?
A: No. Everyone accessing tickets, whether it be from an online source, Ticketmaster outlets, or at the box office will be getting best available seats. The box office is just another point of purchase for our patrons, but the tickets come from the same pool as all other ticket sources.

Q: Where is the closest ATM?
A: There is an ATM located in the Coliseum, on the main concourse and there is an ATM located in the Convention Center hall lobby.

Q: Where is the accessible entrance?
A: It is recommended that patrons park near the South Entrance off of Montague Avenue. For ADA tickets please call (843) 529-5033.

Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking is $5.00 per car, and there are ample parking spaces located around the entire complex. Every event is staffed with knowledgeable attendants who will direct you to the closest, most convenient space available. Parking

Q: How early should we arrive for an event?
A: Doors open one hour before every scheduled event. We strongly suggest that you arrive early for all major concerts and shows.

Q: Where is the closest hotel?
A: Embassy Suites is the closest hotel as it is adjoining our Convention Center. There are several other hotels is the surrounding area. Charleston Area Convention and Visitor Bureau

A: There are various restaurants located across the International Boulevard entrance. This area is commonly referred to as Centre Pointe.

A: The complex is comprised of three venues: the Coliseum, the Performing Arts Center, and the Convention Center. The Convention Center entrance is located off of International Boulevard and the building is connected to both the Performing Arts Center and the Coliseum. Convention Center
